Flexible delivery schedule (typically a six-day programme)
Aiming Higher is a three-tier management developement programme accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The programme helps organisations to proactively meet the development needs of their black and minority ethnic and women staff (Aiming Higher has separate tailored programmes for women and for BME staff). Aiming Higher is designed for new or aspiring managers to explore management opportunities and help them overcome some of the barriers which may prevent them from pursuing management careers.
